real estate investors, based in our hometown of Cincinnati, OH.
We specialize in restoring properties through value-add renovations and innovative design. Our passion for homes fuels our dedication to quality remodels, evident in every project we undertake.
Through collaboration with homeowners, fellow investors, contractors, and other professionals, we leverage our combined resources and expertise to elevate properties and create lasting value in the dynamic Cincinnati market.

When we're not talking real estate, we're likely soaking in family time with our four kids, traveling, and probably still talking real estate!
Where we began
In 2007 we purchased our first home, where we began to learn the ins and outs of remodeling. It was here that we discovered not only our love for houses, but for finding creative ways to add value...
A few years later, we found ourselves immersed in the complete gut job of our second home, a 1950’s ranch. Throughout the renovation, we realized we made quite the design + construction team. From here our desire for projects would only grow.
Soon we shifted focus to renovations outside of our personal homes, our true first investment properties. It wasn’t long before we’d committed full time. Now, with dozen’s of flips under our belt, we’re more excited than ever to continue scaling this passion. We hope you’ll follow along with our journey!
