When we purchased the Monroe Flip it had been divided into THREE apartment units, one unit per floor. While multi-families are not uncommon in this neighborhood, most homes are single family. Plus, we always strive to bring our renovations back to their original design as much as possible. Here are a few of the major changes seen in this video that we made to adjust the layout ⤵️

➖ Replaced the tiny first floor kitchen with a huge mudroom and half bath
➖ Relocated the kitchen to a much larger space
➖ Removed a secondary staircase to accommodate a pantry
➖ Removed a bedroom closet to create space for the new dining room
